Event preparation · Riyadh

Cityscape Global is four days. Your English decides what you leave with.

Thousands of foreign investors, developers and funds in one hall. The asset sells itself on paper. On the floor, it is sold by the person explaining it. BEOS prepares experienced real estate professionals for those conversations, in English, before they happen.

The six conversations on the floor

We do not teach English. We rehearse the moments that decide the deal.

Booth presentations

The 30-second version, and the 3-minute version

Foreign visitors stop for seconds. You need one clear opening that says who you are, what the asset is, and why it matters, without filler. Then a longer version for the ones who stay.

Investor networking

Small talk that turns into a meeting

Coffee queues, side rooms and evening receptions are where relationships start. We rehearse the introductions, the questions that make people talk, and the clean exit that ends with a calendar slot.

Property tours

Walking a model, a floor plan, or a site

Describing space, finishes, phasing and location in plain English. Handling the interruption. Answering the question you did not expect without losing the thread.

Numbers under pressure

Yields, ROI, payment plans

Saying figures out loud so they are understood the first time. Explaining returns and terms without hedging, and knowing what to say when the number is questioned.

Follow-up

The email and the message that gets a reply

Most event leads die in the inbox. We build short, specific follow-ups you can send the same evening, in the right register for the person you met.

Difficult moments

Objections, delays, and bad news

Price is too high. Timeline slipped. Compliance needs more documents. These moments either build trust or quietly lose it.

How preparation runs

Diagnose. Drill. Deploy.

Weeks 1 to 2

Diagnose

A recorded baseline of your booth pitch and investor answers. We find exactly where meaning is lost.

Weeks 3 to 4

Drill

Live rehearsal of the six scenarios above, with correction on structure, clarity and delivery.

Weeks 5 to 6

Deploy

Full simulations with unexpected objections, then your follow-up templates finalised before you travel.

Before you travel

Start with one honest conversation about where your English costs you deals.

Private, confidential, and specific to your pipeline. Teams preparing a stand together can be trained in small groups so every person gets speaking time.

Questions

How long before Cityscape Global should we start preparing?

Four to six weeks is ideal. That gives time to rehearse booth openings, investor questions, numbers delivery and follow-up writing until they are automatic under pressure.

Is this general business English?

No. We rehearse the exact conversations you will have on the floor: the 30-second booth pitch, the objection about yields, the tour of a masterplan model, and the email you send the same night.

Can you train a whole sales team before the event?

Yes. Team programmes run in small groups so every person gets speaking time, with individual feedback on clarity, structure and tone.
